Buy Back the Jets‍ ‍is not your ordinary block party. It's a homecoming — about community-controlled land and permanently affordable housing and collective ownership in Richmond.

The Las Deltas projects, affectionately known as The Jets, sat abandoned for years. Now residents are buying back 25 of those units as owners, on land that stays affordable for good. It's the foundation of Richmond LAND's North Richmond Ecovillage.
