We provide non-extractive loans, prioritizing Richmond businesses serving communities of color, and hands-on education that helps people turn their ideas into strong, sustainable, democratically run businesses.
We are part of the solidarity economy movement advancing Richmond’s Just Transition.
Mission
We encourage cooperation in the workplace and throughout the community. We provide ongoing technical, educational, financial, and organizational support to mission-aligned businesses, strengthening the greater Richmond community and investing in Richmond’s economic future.
